• All members in this scheme and of good standing with the Sacco qualify for this product.
• Member is required to contribute for 3 months to qualify for loan (After subscription to the scheme)
• Minimum monthly contribution is Kshs. 500.00
• Member qualifies for the loan after three months.
• Maximum loan is times 2.5 of the total School fees deposits.
• Repayment period is 12 months (One year).
• Interest rate is 1% on reducing balance.
• Maximum amount is Kshs. 500,000=
• Minimum guarantors are three (3).
• School fees deposits qualifies for rebates.

REFINANCING RATES

• 1- 6 Months – 10% of the Loan balance
• 7 – 12 Months – 5% of the Loan balance

JUNIOR SAVINGS PRODUCT

FEATURES

This product allows members to save some money either through check off or monthly deposits to our bank accounts for their children.

• Minimum contribution of kshs.500.00 per month for a minimum period of one year.
• A premature fee of kshs.200.00 is charged if a member withdraws the savings before end of contractual period.
• A member can also save for more than one child in separate accounts.
• Interest payable on this product is 5% per annum.
• Junior savings Do Not qualify for Rebates.
