A member wishing to join the plot scheme must first be a member of the main savings product. Minimum monthly contribution is Kshs 1000.00. Loan eligibility is after 6 months. Plot shares are transferable to the main saving product or school fees savings product at a transfer fee of 2% of the shares being transferred. This is only possible if the member has no outstanding plot loan. A 60 days notice should be given incase a member wants to withdraw these shares.
