Member Special Deposit/Investment

This is an avenue where members are an investment opportunity of their investmentmoney in lump sum at a given period and at fixed interest rate. The features are:
i)The minimum amount to invest is Ksh200,000.00.
ii)The minimum investment period is three months, and maximum of one year renewable.
iii)The interest is at a flat rate determined by Board per annum.
iv)Members can invest as an individual or as groups.
v)If a member breaks the contract by withdrawing before maturity, the member will earn interest for the period that the savings were held by the Sacco.
vi)Interest earned is subject to applicable tax at the prevailing rate.
